[U.S._48_Standard_Usage_Guidelines]
The Standard U.S. 48 rate table applies to all termination calls made to the continental United States and all Toll Free calls originating in the continental United States so long as a customer's daily usage meets Standard Usage Guidelines. The Tiered rates below only apply when daily usage falls outside of Standard Usage Guidelines. Standard Usage Guidelines require that the daily percentage of minutes to a "Tier", does not exceed those listed below.

A "Tier" is a group of destinations that fall into the same price class. To find which Tier a particular call falls under, please download our Tier Table. If a customer falls outside of these guidelines, on any given day, that day will be charged based on Tier rates, rather than Standard.
Gafachi requires that customer's traffic be 100% IP originated to be eligible for our default termination product. The Minimum Weekly Usage Requirement is 1,000 minutes per trunk calculated on an overall basis. Short Duration Calls, which are connected calls less than six seconds in duration, are permitted provided they represent less than ten percent of customer's traffic.
