Gafachi utilizes real-time prepaid billing, offering customers the ability to check their balance, view usage, and run call detail reports via our website anytime. Payments are accepted via the following methods:
Credit Card.
Customers may make payments to their account at any time using Visa or Mastercard via our website. Credit card payments are posted immediately. The minimum per credit card payment is $20.
Wire transfer.
For wire transfer instructions, please email accounting@gafachi.com. Wire transfers are posted to the Gafachi account once received, during Gafachi Accounting normal business hours, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm Eastern, excluding holidays. The minimum per wire transfer is $1000.
PayPal.
PayPal payments are ONLY accepted from customers who have an address in the USA, Canada, or UK (countries where PayPal verifies addresses). If you would like to make a payment to your account using PayPal, send the PayPal to paypal@gafachi.com and please be sure to include your Master Account Name in the "Notes" of the PayPal transaction. Please also select "goods" when sending payment. Payments are generally posted to your account within 1 business day, during Gafachi Accounting normal business hours, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm Eastern, excluding holidays. The minimum per PayPal payment is $50. Only PayPal "Instant Transfer" payments with a confirmed address are accepted.
Please send all payments in US Dollars. When a payment is made in another currency, Gafachi posts the US Dollar amount received to customer's account.
